While the idea of pregnant women doing CrossFit has sparked controversy, the ladies over at Level 4 CrossFit Seattle claim that the high intensity workouts have done them wonders! “There were eight of us that were all pregnant at the same time and various levels of belly,” says Marlana Kohn. “I felt great through my pregnancy. I didn’t have any aches or pains. I didn’t have any leg cramping. I slept great all the time.”
