For the past year, we’ve been impatiently waiting to get our hands on Nike’s foray into CrossFit: the MetCon 1. Now, the long wait is finally over.
With a little more than a month to go before its February release, the MetCon 1 is already available for pre-order. According to Nike Talk, the shoe features a sleek silhouette that has Flywire and HyperFuse for lockdown support. It also has a flat and firm heel, giving its user more stability when weightlifting. As for the midsole, it’s covered in rubber to reduce abrasion from rope climbs.
